Organisational Structure

Startup Grind will have a small team of employees whose roles include fulfilling DAO operations and governance of the DAO members.

These roles will be spread across five functions:

  1. DAO Finances and Legal Affairs

  2. DAO Operations

    • This function is focused on the setup and management of the technical and operational processes that enable the DAO and its membership to function. This includes member and startup vetting, onboarding processes, and community management strategy.

  3. DAO Member Community Management

    • This function is focused on executing the Member Community Management strategy. This starts with ensuring new members feel welcome within the DAO, and also includes active engagement of members, managing pods of actively contributing members, and leading communications with members.

  4. DAO Portfolio Companies support

    • This function is in charge of ensuring the selected portfolio companies receive all the support our community can give them. This includes understanding their needs, communicating them to the members of the DAO and coordinating any further activities required to facilitate the needed support.

  5. DAO Investor Relations

    • This function manages relationships with LPs of the LLC, manages Advisory Board meetings, and leads communications with prospective investors on behalf of portfolio startups.
