Modes of Community Contributions
Contributors that choose to participate as community contributors in the DAO accelerator can choose between four formats of community management for the program. These are as follows:
  • Organising events (roundtables and workshops)
  • Facilitating events (peer groups)
  • Serving as an interviewer (fireside chats, breakout sessions)
  • Member engagement on Discord (engaging, helping and encouraging)
Process for Onboarding Community Contributors
  • Members indicate their interest in being a Community Manager for the DAO accelerator through the Member Contributor Form
  • The team will review the applications and book 15-minute calls with the members whose applications pass the initial screening. The call is meant to fill any gaps in their application, gauge their level of interest and answer their questions
  • Community contributors that pass the interview are accepted as contributors for the DAO and are sent an onboarding email.
    • The onboarding email for each contributor would depend on the primary format of community contributor that they chose through the member contributor form. It will consist of welcome instructions and next steps for them to get onboarded as a community contributor for their chosen format(s).
      • Eg. The community contributors that have chosen serving as an interviewer at fireside chats or breakout sessions as their format of contribution will be sent a form through which they have to submit the topics they are knowledgeable in so as to be matched with relevant fireside chats and breakout sessions.
