Types of Mentorship
Contributors that choose to participate as mentors on the DAO accelerator can choose between three formats of mentorship for the program. These are as follows:
  1. 1.
    Mentorship Roundtables
  2. 2.
    1. 1.
      Expert Sessions
    2. 2.
      Expert Reviews
Process for Onboarding Mentors
  1. 1.
Members indicate their interest in being a mentor for the Accelerator through the Member Contributor Form
  2. 2.
The SG DAO, team will review the applications and book 15-minute calls with the members whose applications pass the initial screening. The call is meant to fill any gaps in their application, gauge their level of interest and answer their questions.
  3. 3.
Mentors that pass the interview are accepted as mentors for the DAO and are sent an onboarding email.
    • The onboarding email for each mentor would depend on the primary format of mentorship that they chose through the member contributor form. It will consist of welcome instructions and next steps for them to get on boarded as a mentor for their chosen mentorship format.
    • Eg. The mentors that have chosen roundtables or workshops as their format of mentorship, will be sent a form through which they have to submit the exact topic and description of the session that they will run.
  4. 4.
Using the submissions received from the mentors, the programming schedule for the Accelerator is created. Then the mentors will be contacted for their second mentorship formats onboarding to fill remaining gaps.
